❄️☀️ Heat Pump User Guide

The heat pump provides both heating and air conditioning throughout the condo. It is designed to run continuously for optimal comfort and energy efficiency.

☀️ Air Conditioning (Summer)

1. Press MODE until the ❄️ Cool symbol appears.
2. Set your desired temperature using the ▲ ▼ buttons.
3. We recommend a temperature between 22°C and 24°C (72°F–75°F).
4. Set the fan speed to Medium, High, or Auto.

💡 For better comfort in the loft, a higher fan speed helps circulate cool air throughout the condo.

❄️ Heating (Winter)

1. Press MODE until the ☀️ Heat symbol appears.
2. Set your desired temperature using the ▲ ▼ buttons.
3. We recommend a temperature between 20°C and 22°C (68°F–72°F).
4. Set the fan speed to Auto or Medium.

💡 Proper air circulation helps maintain a more consistent temperature between the main floor and the loft.

🔄 Auto Mode (Recommended)

1. Press MODE until AUTO appears.
2. Set your preferred temperature.
3. The unit will automatically switch between heating and cooling as needed.

✅ This is the recommended setting for most stays.

🌬️ Fan Speed Settings

Fan speed is just as important as temperature.

• AUTO: Recommended for most situations.
• LOW: Quieter operation, but reduced air circulation.
• MEDIUM: Good balance between comfort and noise level.
• HIGH: Maximum air circulation.

Important Tip

If the condo feels too warm or too cool, try increasing the fan speed before making large temperature adjustments.

In many cases, improving air circulation provides faster comfort than changing the temperature setting.

🏠 Loft Area

The loft is an open space connected to the main living area.

Its comfort level depends greatly on air circulation throughout the condo.

If the loft feels warmer or cooler than desired:

1. Increase the fan speed.
2. Aim the air louvers toward the center of the room.
3. Allow a few minutes for the air to circulate evenly.

⚠️ Please Avoid

❌ Setting the temperature to the minimum (16°C or 18°C) to cool the condo faster.

❌ Setting the temperature to the maximum (28°C or higher) to heat the condo faster.

❌ Frequently turning the heat pump on and off.

❌ Blocking the indoor unit with clothing or other objects.

Heat pumps operate most efficiently when maintaining a stable temperature.

🆘 If You Experience an Issue

1. Check that the remote control is working properly.
2. Make sure the correct mode is selected (❄️ Cool or ☀️ Heat).
3. Please allow a few minutes for the system to respond, as a short startup delay is normal.

💡 Our Recommendation: Leave the heat pump in AUTO mode, set to a comfortable temperature, with the fan speed on AUTO. This setting generally provides the best comfort throughout the condo, including the loft area.
